We would recommend that if you require product within a relatively close timeline that a polite, intelligent, productive 'face-to-face' meeting is organised. We genuinely feel this is the best way to ascertain client requirements and to discuss in detail our products and your 'wants and desires' re your proposed new Vision HD and/or windows. We have noticed that most companies supplying folding sliding doors try and do everything 'on-line'. These type of products are far too expensive for the onus to be left to the client alone. Let us take the burden and responsibility.

Design meeting

Depending on the complexity of the proposed scheme we will endeavour to make our meeting as simple and productive as possible. We will measure the relevant areas, discuss design, colours, products, timelines, relevant offers etc. If the project is straightforward then we can cost onsite. If it is slightly more complicated then we will happily take the measurements and information away and create a detailed proposal document for you which we can then submit for consideration and discussion.

Amendments / Contract

Once you are happy to proceed or need some alterations to the design proposal we can discuss these on the phone or via email or face to face. Once you are comfortable with all design proposals a contract will be signed by both parties detailing all products and project requirements. A deposit (fully insurance backed) is required at this moment.

Technical survey

One of our technical surveyors will arrange a mutually convenient appointment in daylight hours to take accurate manufacturing measurements. We will then create an 'approval document' which all clients must sign pre manufacture. Any additional amendments and cost alterations can occur at this stage.


All products are now manufactured to the highest standards ready for installation. This process normally takes 4 weeks. Our project manager will now communicate with clients to book in installation dates to suit both parties.


Once products have been manufactured they will either be delivered direct to site or to our warehousing facilities in Peterborough. All goods supplied will be checked prior to installation. Vision HD products will be carefully and meticulously installed to the best possible standards ensuring maximum quality and high installation protocol throughout the process. Any issues or problems will be handled promptly, efficiently and with utmost courtesy. Problems can occur but we will overcome these in an efficient and professional manner.


Upon completion of the installation both client and company will check the final result and 'sign off' the project. At this stage balances outstanding will be paid direct to the installation team. If there are any problematic issues our project management team will upon receipt of relevant documentation arrange for a remedial appointment to sort out any outstanding technical issues(scratched handles,cracked glass etc). Full balances must have been paid prior to remedial works. We will now issue all legal paperwork and documentation to clients to include guarantees, insurance docs, building regulations.
